Aditi Jhalani – Journey Of A Mother To Become An Entrepreneur – Founder digifix

Aditi Jhalani – From my personal experience, I can very well say that she is a fighter. She knows how to work against all barriers in life to create her own space with her hard work. Aditi is a mother, content expert and now an entrepreneur. She is a positive person and that is what attracts me towards her. I connected with her to know her journey in the startup world.

Hi Samata, it is a pleasure for me to connect with indiacafe24, and I wish you all the very best! I am Aditi Jhalani, and I am the founder of digifix.

You are a digital expert. So how long have you been in this industry?

I have been in the digital marketing space for almost ten years now. However, my agency, digifix was incepted in the year 2013.

What is the role of digital marketing in the industry? To be precise, how it helps businesses as per you.

Digital presence is a must, and everyone has realized this lately during the Covid pandemic. Now, even very small businesses wish to have their digital presence. However, when everyone is on the web, it is imperative to get digital marketing done to stay amongst the top searches, generate maximum leads, and eventually expand profits.

digifix is your dream child…. so how did you decide to go for it? Any previous training you joined in mastering yourself in the industry?

When you are into business, you must be an opportunist. digifix is my dream child. I have taken Google certifications for digital marketing.

What, as per you, is the future of digital marketers?

Digital marketing is here to stay. As long as there is Google, the digital market is not going anywhere. In fact, new and more advanced options like Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Live Stream Shopping, Geo-fencing, Voice Commerce, etc., will keep coming and expanding the digital space.

So far, you must have served many clients, but what, according to you, is the best project so far for your firm?

We recently built a fashion marketplace for an Indian client. It is so far the best project for digifix. We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and received very positive feedback. Furthermore, the client is so happy with the work that he decided to get his mobile apps also made by us.

Whether one is digital marketing specialist or some other… client management skill is a must… do you agree?

Yes, 100%. We exist because of our clients. Our business grows when their business grows. This is the mantra that I follow. To date, our maximum clients have come through recommendations. One happy client will always refer 10 more.

Website designing is another key service of yours. What platform do you use to design websites?

We use WordPress, Laravel, PHP, Woo-commerce, and Shopify to develop websites. We always consider the specific requirements and budget of each client before suggesting the platform.

Where do you see your company in five years from now? What are your expansion plans?

Currently, we are a team of 15. In 5 years from now, I see digifix grow at least five times, if not more. There is an internet boom out there, and it’s here to stay for times to come.

The best compliment you have received so far from your clients?

We put in our best in each project that we get, regardless of whether it’s for website designing, marketing, or content writing. Everything goes through rigorous checks and testing multiple times. One of my clients mentioned that ‘isse achi website toh maine apni dream mein bhi nahi dekhi thi.’ This is one compliment that I will never forget in my entire life. And not only this, he gave our reference to 3 more companies and is getting his website’s digital marketing done by us.

What’s your team size?

We are a team of 15 employees and consultants as of today.

You are a mother turned entrepreneur…. how challenging is the job for you?

It was challenging initially, but my children have always been very supportive. Now that they are all grown up, even they contribute in their own way to take digifix to new heights.

What are your other passions in life?

I love to read, write and travel. It opens a new world altogether in front of us. In addition, I love nature and spend at least 1-1.5 hours daily meditating and exercising in the park.

What’s the future of women entrepreneurs in the coming time?

Women are multi-taskers, and they give their best to every task they perform. Women entrepreneurs will go a long way.

Any suggestions for startups firms?

Yes, be passionate, test your concept, have a vision, be practical, have a well-defined niche, set goals, hire wisely, be agile. Do what you are best at!!
