This was one of the major reasons that made me immediately accept the offer of reviewing Soul Selfie, a book written by Sadguru Rameshji. However, this book provided the additional advantage of combing spirituality with self-help, which further piqued my interest. When I received the book, I was completely taken in by the unique design of its cover page and started reading it almost instantly.
As the name suggests, this offers guidelines to the readers about how they should look at their inner self and evolve in their spiritual journey. The book uses the modern trend among individuals of clicking selfies to view their own physical beauty to provide a comparison with glimpsing their undiscovered soul and understanding its infinite potential. The author uses stories, anecdotes, and experiences from own life to enlighten the readers in an entertaining, enjoyable, and exciting manner. The book offers solutions to various everyday questions that people seek answers to in their everyday life, the happiness and sadness they face on a daily basis, and even about facing anxiety and stress.

I really loved the book as it helped me to understand the secret of living a soulful existence independent of the physical self. The book uses a simple and easy to understand language to make it easier for the readers to assimilate the important concepts about their soul and the fact that it is an independent entity. It sheds light on the meaning of happiness and success from a spiritual perspective without being too preachy about it. Rather, the book tries to explain the concept in an extremely reasonable and balanced manner. I wish Sadguru Rameshji all the best with the success of this book and her future writings as well.
