India VS Pakistan – these 3 words are enough to give a spark in the mood of Cricket lovers. Expectation was pretty high that India will prove again that winning a match is not so tough for them.  The day was 19th March,2016 Saturday and all fans of India and Pakistan made sure to mark their presence felt either in the stadium crowd or in front of Television. The stadium was Eden gardens and in past Pakistan won all matches against India ( ODI). In most of the matches in Eden gardens  the one who took batting first  won the maximum matches. So the tension was high this time for this match as at both ends we had the best squad to play against each other.

What next…. Its the unwanted rain which created a big question mark on the game. Will the match be played or it will be called a tie. If its a tie India need to say adieu to WCT20. Prayers of Indian fans accepted and the match started with a drop in the number of overs to be played. 18 overs both sides decision taken.
Who will win the toss? Again its MS DHONI who won the toss . Whats his decision? Fielding was the call. Why? The rain gave a twist to the field condition which was fully covered during rain and so it was better to go for fielding first.
Pakistan started off brilliantly giving a clear cut indication that the match is not going to be an easy one for India in any case. The first blow came when Pakistan lost its first wicket of Khan for 38. The second wicket came too early when the scoreboard displayed 46 runs, Shehzad was out. Akmal  and Malik, took charge of the match and Pakistan closed the score board with 118 / 5 wickets. Nehra, Bumrah, Jadeja, Raina and Pandya, took 1 wicket each.
So India started next to chase to reach 119 runs to win and to keep alive the expectations to be in the semi finals. India gave some amazing blows in very first few overs but faced loss of wicket scoring just 14 runs.  The fall of wicket continued and India lost Dhawan and Raina. The sole responsibility again came on the shoulders of very talented and right on  form Cricketer Virat Kohli. Yuvraj joined him and the score came under control. Brilliant 55 of just 37 balls from Kohli ensured the victory of India. He was well supported by  Captain Dhoni and Yuvraj. India closed the match in 15.5 overs.
The chance for India to reach the semi Finals is still alive now and they need to win both the matches against Bangladesh and Australia with good run rate. Kohli appeared as the new hero of Indian Cricket team and India is trusting on him again in this World cup. All in all the yesterday match was a master blaster one and we all got the chance to watch good cricket from India and Pakistan.
