Not many love stories present a whole gamut of emotions while also sending a strong message to the readers. However, Let Love Take Over is just this type of book, which has been beautifully written by Tomson Robert.
Plot:
Joshua, a teenage boy traveling with his friends by train, has an altercation with another guy leading to a bloody, violent, and traumatic tragedy. Several years later, Joshua is an average corporate employee who is constantly haunted by his traumatic past. He is meek and non-confrontational even when his toxic boss makes him toil hard. His inability to stand up for himself and his loved ones even causes trouble in his marriage to Susan. Will Joshua ever be able to let go of his past and regain the hope and the confidence to face life.
Character Development:
The development of characters has been handled exceptionally well by the author. The character build-up of Joshua is quite decent and hefty. I also liked how the dominant female characters, including those of Susan or Kavitha, have been developed.
Story:
The concept and idea behind the story are quite interesting and well thought of. In addition to being a heartwarming tale of love, it is also about seeking redemption and leaving the past behind to live in the present. Most importantly, the story highlights the importance of understanding the fact that there is a limit to being both exceptionally good and heroic.
Writing style:
The language is simple, which makes the book easy to read. Moreover, the well-tied plot and the fast-paced narration further enhance the reading experience.
Cover Page:
The front page has been designed beautifully and looks quite impressive and in tandem with the storyline.
Final Verdict:
This is a good book for beginners and readers who appreciate the essence of love in a story, and I give it 4/5.

Looks like it’s a love story. Not only that, it is a female dominant story. This makes the plot even more meaningful. Your review tempted me to read the book.
