3-starsAlthough, my favorite genre in books is fiction and thriller, I do like to read non-fictional works from time to time as it not only helps me to look at things with a new perspective but also refreshed my mind.  Having read the first book in the trilogy announced by Dr. Subrata Roy, I was looking forward to read his second book. So when I received my copy, I was naturally eager to go through it. The simple design of the cover page further enhanced the appeal of the book for me.
In his second book, Dr, Roy talks about the various issues that plague our great nation, including the corrupt political leadership, lack of proper education, uncontrolled population growth and the deep influence of media and religion on our society. He also puts forward his theories about the best ways to resolve these various problems within the shortest possible time period, which according to him is a mere 15 days. He has successfully highlighted the fact that although our outlook, our mentality and our general approach to things undergoing a significant change, there are still a variety of serious issues that we need to focus on to grow as a nation.
Despite outlining the flaws in our system in clear words, Think With Me lacks the spark to inspire people to get up and take action. Dr. Roy has used an extremely lucid and simple language which makes it easy for an average reader to understand and relate to the issues covered in the book. The biggest USP of the book is that the author chose to write on a unique concept that despite being extremely important is often ignored by even the most well established writer and this made the book quite likeable for me. I wish Dr. Roy all the very best for its success.
